Mohammed Al Mansoori

General Manager

Mohammed Al Mansoori is UDI’s General Manger and has over 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry and Project Management.

He is action oriented with exceptional problem solving & interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team building and team performance.

His vision of leadership is to lead UDI to great heights by expanding business and the successful delivery of all projects in an efficient and economical manner.

His positive attitude and approach to business challenges with a sense of confidence has led him to take the right action in achieving UDI’s vision and goals.

Prior to joining UDI, he held different positions in several prestigious companies like Musanada, Arabtec, Abu Dhabi Ports to name a few, providing expertise in the field of Construction and Project Management.

Mohammed Al Mansoori holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Leeds Bucket and Master’s degree in Project management from Abu Dhabi University.

Tarun Antony

Head of Design

Tarun Antony has a professional experience of 15 years worked on a variety of large scale project types, including commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial and master planning. His responsibilities have included taking a project from the start, developing the design, managing the project team, to ensure project completion within time and agreed budget during all phases of the project.

Currently, he has been involved in the design of a wide range of projects such as ADNOC Headquarters Finance & Investment Floors, Abu Dhabi, Sh. Zayed Grand Mosque Visitor’s Center and Plaza, Abu Dhabi, 45 storey residential towers, Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal (Ritz Carlton) Abu Dhabi. Tarun strength’s include hardworking, dedication, organization, analyzing and leading teams in the creation of world-class programming, space planning, conceptual development, and design development.

Tarun has MSc. Management of Projects (University of Manchester, UK) Bachelor of Architecture (University of Madras, India).

Lina El Hassan

Head of Projects

Lina El Hassan has served as head of projects at UDI since 2013. In this capacity, she is responsible for achieving the firm’s overall strategic objectives and growth. As a head of projects, she has been responsible for a wide range of complex projects include Tatweer Project, Rehabilitation of 9 Schools and 3 Kindergarten in 2017, Tatweer Project, Rehabilitation of 5 Schools and 2 Kindergarten in 2018 and New ADNOC Headquarters - Entrance Lobby.

Since her joining to UDI, Lina is recognized for her leadership, brings exceptional problem solving & facilitation skills and playing vital role between clients & stakeholders to communicate issues with clarity while putting forth solutions with impact assessment to overcome project hurdles.

She is French, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture School of Engineering & Architecture and graduated from Lebanese American University, Beirut Campus, Lebanon.

Joseph Sebastian

Head of Contracts & Estimation

As Head of Contracts & Estimation at UDI, Joseph has comprehensive experience and knowledge in pre-contract and post-contract administration. He has played a key role in providing effective control over project costing, budget allocation, tendering and project valuation and claims as well as great expertise in FIDIC type of contracts.

He earned his B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying for RICS, and Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Facilities Management.

Terence Rogers

Senior Interior Designer

Terence Rogers is a Senior Interior Designer has more than 33 years of experience in designing interior projects across a broad range of building types in UK, Europe and the UAE. As a Senior Interior Manager, he has organized and led the design and technical team effort for multiple large-scale projects including 75 Storey ADNOC Corporate Headquarters, 37 Storey Five Star Dusit Thani Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and 14 storey five star Sheraton Hotel in Antalya, Southern Turkey.

Prior to joining UDI, Terence’s project management experience covers international diverse projects including United Kingdom overseas Ministry of Defense facilities , New build aircraft hangar and offices at Manchester airport for Monarch Airlines and Commercial Office Redevelopment, Canary Wharf, London. Terence is British holds B.T.E.C. ONC Building Studies [1982-1984, B.T.E.C. HNC Building Studies [1984-1986] and City & Guilds : Level 2 & 3; 2D AutoCAD 2009 [2008 to 2009].

Ahmad Al Halabi

Senior Interior Designer

Al Halabi has extensive experience in creating bespoke concepts design to meet the clients brief and expectations. He also delivering detailed and coordinated material and color proposals to achieve the design aesthetics. Since joining the firm in 2004, Al Halabi has worked on some of UDI’s most dynamic and transformative projects, including in Sheikh Zayed Masjed Project in Al Ain, Emirates Palace Villas, Abu Dhabi, VVIP Residence and Private Villas in UAE.

Al Halabi is Syrian, holds Bachelor degree in interior design from Damascus University, Syria (1992 –1998).

Anas Orabi

Senior Interior Designer

Anas Orabi joined UDI in 2004, through working with a wide range of clients on varied building types, he understands that each project is unique, and responds to each one accordingly to ensure the highest design quality. Anas has comprehensive expertise in the design process, from the project concept till implementation. In his capacity as Senior Interior Designer, he was responsible for leading major projects, including ADCO Headquarters Shining Tower, VVIP Health and Spa Building, Yas Healthcare Long Term Facility, Abu Dhabi. He is Syrian, earned his Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture (1997-1999).

Hanz J. Salazar

Senior Interior Designer

Hanz is the Senior Interior Designer at UDI, draws on more than 25 years of experience as an architect. Since joining UDI in 2004, he is responsible for engaging & supervising preliminary presentations (i.e. General Arrangement Layouts, Visuals, material sample boards) based on client’s brief and budgetary constraints. He supervises production of detail design drawings from joinery details to stone works.

In his capacity, he was responsible for leading major projects, including Jabel Dhana Airport Terminal for HH Shk Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ministry of Education Schools & Kindergarten Schools in UAE, high quality and luxurious villas, residences and offices for a VVIP and Underground Communication Facilities for Ministry of Interior. He is Philippines holds Bachelor of Science in Architecture University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines (1977 – 1982).

Jade Samaniego

Interior Designer

Jade serves as Interior Designer based at UDI. Since she started in 2004, Jade is particularly proficient in producing design concepts, sketches and rendering as well as reviewing technical detail drawings and shop drawings and preparation of FF&E schedules. She has worked on numerous projects types including 75 Storey ADNOC Corporate Headquarters, Dusit Thani Hotel, Abu Dhabi, Ministerial Office Designs and Commercial & Hospitality Projects in UAE. Jade is Philippines, earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.

Ameera Mohamed Al Marzooqi

Interior Designer

Since joining UDIIN 2018, Ameera has honed her skills in developing innovative sustainable designs. She has the ability to organize FF&E, internal finishes, concept required by the client and on mood board, presentation boards and presentation booklets. In her capacity as Interior Designer, she has helped in leading for major projects, including VVIP Villas & Private Residences in Al Ain, Royal Residence in Abu Dhabi and VIP Apartment in Dubai. Ameera is Emirati, earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design Zayed University, Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Mohammaed Saeedi

Civil Engineer

Sheikh Mohammed serves as civil engineer at UDI. He is particularly adept at coordination between client, consultant, subcontractors to integrate scope product with emphasis on analyzing shop drawings, submitting WIRs, RFIs. He joined UDI in 2018 has undertaken some of major projects that include Sadiyaat Louvre - Abu Dhabi, Hidd Al Sadyaat Villas Development, and Al Raha Development Project. Mohammed is from Yemen and holds Bachelor in Science Major in Construction Management Abu Dhabi University.

Sabrina Antwan George

FF & E Designer

Sabrina started at UDI in 2018 as FF&E designer and has brought with her project experience that includes an understanding of cost structures with capability of producing FF&E cost plans & finishes schedules for tender documentation. She focuses on bringing designs to life through her ability in selecting and specifying colors, fabrics and furniture finishes style, function and configuration in coordination with the designers.

In her capacity with UDI , she has helped in executing major projects, including Dubai Courts, VVIP Villas or Residences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Hamdan Awards Display Center – Dubai. Sabrina is Egyptian, holds Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering Alexandria University, 2012

Mohamad Al Halabi

Project Manager

Mohamad Al Halabi is a Project Manager at UDI with more than 12 years of experience. His responsibilities have included planning architecture/interior designs, developing prototypical drawings, and managing commercial projects. His personal and professional integrity help ensure that his projects and accounts are well-managed and of the highest design quality.

He joined UDI in 2015, having a vital role in executing major projects including Renovation for Ministry of Education (Design & build), Dubai, Ommana AL Tasjeel Offices, Dubai Marina. Mohamad’s portfolio also includes distinguished contributions in some projects such as Luxury Private Villas, Emirates Hills, Dubai Al Habtoor Hotel, Palm Island, Dubai and Rocco Forte Hotel, Abu Dhabi. Al Halabi is Syrian, holds Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design University of Science & Technology, Ajman, UAE (2006).

Jo-An Gurimbao

Health and Safety Engineer

Gurimbao is Health and Safety Engineer at UDI, playing an instrumental role in delivering the safety and healthy spaces during the process of construction works of all types of projects undertaken by UDI in the UAE. He joined the company in 2018 and was responsible for major projects that include Sheik Khalifa Bin Al Nayan Mosque Al Ain, Al Arabia Press & Media Building, Lulu Tower - Abu Dhabi and Tawasul Taxi Base - Abu Dhabi. Gurimbao is Philippines,holds the Bachelor of Science Industrial Engineering University of Perpetual Help, Rizal Philippines.
